我在忙什么


昨天喝掉米酒200ml。很多人说,够烈!可不,历时42天!

红葡萄酒这个周末酿成。

白葡萄酒得等我买点白葡萄再说。

I wish I could try them sometime. Does ~70% H2O mean ~30% alcohol? if so, that's pretty strong!

The good wines we tasted on Sunday had about 13~14% alcohol. Since my rice wine was definitely stronger than any of those wines, I just gave it a random number 30%. Also, because Safety Officers didn't like our label of 20% EtOH for FPLC maintenance, I thought I should reverse my label to 70% H2O to avoid any potential problems stemmed from storing 30% alcohol in the same cold room.

Alas, I finally put our good old friend budding yeast into some good use.
